The Music | Games Shows | Love Stories | The Gospel & Response

Our “What’s Love” concert event is a high energy, unique blend of music, interactive crowd games, video and real life stories.  In just under 90 minutes you will go on a journey in search of real love.  Your group will laugh, sing, listen, maybe cry and most of all consider what real love is.

The Music

The concert includes several classic smash hits such as:

    •    The Power of Love (Huey Lewis & the News)

    •    What's Love Got To Do With It? (Tina Turner)

    •    I Want To Know What Love Is (Foreigner)

“The Decades” Medley is a collection of songs from each decade starting with a 50’s Elvis classic and running up to a modern Meghan Trainor/John Legend hit including:

    •    Don’t Be Cruel (Elvis)

    •    Can't Buy Me Love (The Beatles)

    •    How Deep Is Your Love (Bee Gees)

    •    Time After Time (Cyndi Lauper)

    •    As Long As You Love Me (Backstreet Boys)

    •    Chasing Cars (Snow Patrol)

    •    Love You Like I’m Gonna Lose You (Meghan Trainor)

The set is rounded out with an original song by Billy & Cassie Lord called "What Do I Do With This Ring?” that deals with the pain of divorce. Also, the classic Carole King/James Taylor song, "You've Got A Friend” is augmented with the hymn "What A Friend We Have In Jesus” in a beautiful original arrangement.  The concert finale is the Jesus Culture anthem “Your Love Never Fails”.

Game Shows

The concert has two audience interactive games at different points during the show. The first one is a “battle of the sexes” game called “Name It” that uses Song Clips, Celebrity Photos, TV Shows and Movie Clips to test the players love-related trivia knowledge.  The second game is a “Family Feud” styled game called “Love Feud" that pits two teams of five players against each other in survey knowledge of all things love-related (such as name the top 5 places to take a first date).

Love Stories

Billy and Cassie tell their personal stories of their journey to find and experience real love.  They talk about God’s grace and how His love has changed their lives.

The Gospel & Response

Billy will share the gospel in a clear, illustrative way.  He will give people time to consider Jesus’ call and then allow them to share their response by filling out the back of the ticket and turning it in for the church to be able to follow up with folks.
